At Genesis we recognise the importance of final product quality and using the correct measurement processes is an essential part of our business. We have some of the latest inspection equipment including a Mitutoyo CMM. Our inspection facility is fully temperature controlled providing us with an environment which allows the parts to stabilise before being measured accurately.

The CMM can also enable us to reverse engineer component parts, we measure them accurately and then produce both CAD/CAM files so that the parts are ready for production very quickly indeed.

 

Our subcontracting measuring service is carried out by inspectors who are all highly skilled precision engineers. We can provide you with full inspection and CMM reports to give you complete peace of mind for all your measuring requirements.
